I start with the problem and write it down before anyone proposes a solution. From there I work from a rulebook: the rules of a domain written down once in plain language, with the technical pieces derived from that rather than maintained by hand. It is what lets me deliver complete projects rather than stopping at design and project management.

Lookout Together
A family scam-resilience service I conceived, designed, built and manage. Older adults get current, practical knowledge about how scams actually work and how to proactively protect themselves. Their adult children get a way to help without taking over. No monitoring, no account access, no one acting on anyone's behalf. Updated monthly brief with scam alerts, explainers and prevention measures.
