DevOps Dashboard

The aim is to enhance awareness, control, and measurement of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) by integrating impactful DevOps best practices. Organizations can ensure their applications are well-managed, deliver value, and align with business priorities.

  • Educate teams on the importance of ALM and its benefits, such as improved governance, optimized productivity, and reduced maintenance burden.
  • Implement tools and processes that provide a unified view of the application lifecycle, enabling better management and control at all stages.
  • Use metrics to track the performance and impact of ALM practices, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Design Strategy: Facilitate a brainstorming session intended to design a new set of capabilities focused on Application Lifecycle Management, establishing and tracking KPI’s

The approach for this effort was much like a hackathon involving project managers, a UX architect and an engineer lead. Through rapid iterations of blue-sky concepts, the team arrived at a solution to be presented to senior leadership ahead of semester planning activities.
